Refund policy

Returns
Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or receipt

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • The amount will be returned through the original payment method

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a quick resolution.
